A shared airport shuttle is one of the most convenient ways to travel from SLC Airport to Park City without renting a car or driving through Parleys Canyon. Canyon Transportation provides door-to-door transportation to eligible hotels, resorts, condos, vacation rentals, and private homes throughout the Park City and Deer Valley service area.

Canyon Transportation’s shared shuttle costs $95 one way for the first passenger and $40 for each additional passenger traveling on the same reservation.

A dedicated mountain shuttle provides greater certainty regarding winter equipment, luggage capacity, and route experience. Uber and Lyft vehicles vary, so passengers may not know in advance whether the assigned vehicle has AWD, winter-rated tires, sufficient luggage space, or a driver experienced with Parleys Canyon.

Canyon Transportation uses AWD shared-shuttle vehicles equipped with new winter-rated snow tires. Vehicles are assigned according to the passengers, luggage, skis, and snowboards listed on the reservation.

Many Park City visitors do not need a rental car, especially when staying near a resort, Historic Main Street, Canyons Village, or Deer Valley. Canyon Transportation provides door-to-door transportation from SLC Airport, allowing travelers to avoid rental car counters, mountain driving, resort parking, and returning a rental vehicle.

Pickup may occur 15 minutes before or after the listed time, so passengers must be outside and ready at least 15 minutes early.

Yes. Canyon Transportation accepts skis, snowboards, and standard travel luggage. Passengers must list all ski bags, snowboard bags, oversized equipment, and luggage when booking so an appropriate vehicle can be assigned.

Yes. Travelers can reserve shared service from SLC Airport to Park City and a return shuttle from Park City to the airport. Each direction is priced separately and must fall within the applicable operating hours.

Book as early as possible, especially during ski season, holidays, weekends, and periods of heavy snowfall. Online reservations should generally be completed more than 24 hours before service.

Airport arrival service from SLC Airport to Park City and Deer Valley operates between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Return service to SLC Airport operates every other hour. The first route begins in Upper Deer Valley at 4:00 AM, and the final route begins at 8:00 PM.

After collecting all checked luggage, follow the check-in instructions sent by text message and email or visit the Canyon Transportation desk inside the airport.

Take the elevators next to baggage carousel 8 to Level 1, Ground Transportation. The desk is inside the terminal, to the left of the elevators, near exterior pillar 8A.

Passengers may wait up to 30 minutes after collecting all luggage and completing check-in.

The waiting period does not begin when the aircraft lands or while passengers are waiting at baggage claim. The actual wait may be shorter.

Canyon Transportation tracks arriving flights when the correct airline and flight number are included with the reservation. We will adjust arrival transportation whenever possible within the shared-shuttle schedule.

Call 801-255-1841 if your flight changes significantly or may arrive after the 10:00 PM operating window. Transportation outside shared-shuttle hours is subject to availability and may require a private vehicle.

Departure pickups may occur up to 15 minutes before or 15 minutes after the listed time.

For example, an 8:15 AM pickup may occur between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM. Passengers must be completely packed, checked out, and waiting outside by 8:00 AM.

Our booking system considers winter travel conditions, shared-shuttle routing, possible passenger stops, and the time needed to reach Salt Lake City International Airport.

Each passenger may bring up to three pieces of luggage at no additional cost. Each additional piece costs $15.

All luggage, ski bags, snowboard bags, strollers, and oversized equipment must be disclosed when booking. Contact Canyon Transportation in advance when traveling with excessive or unusually large items.

Every child must be included in the passenger count. Passengers are responsible for bringing and installing the appropriate child safety seat or booster seat required for their child.

Children who require a restraint cannot travel without the appropriate seat.

Request changes as early as possible. Changes are generally permitted until 48 hours before service, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours may require cancellation and a new reservation.

All reservations include a 20% nonrefundable booking fee. Same-calendar-day cancellations made before 11:00 PM Mountain Time may qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service are eligible for an 80% refund or may be transferred. Cancellations made within 48 hours are nonrefundable.

Missed pickups and no-shows are nonrefundable.
