These guys were absolutely amazing. I was staying at Sundance for a conference and took their shuttle (quiet, clean, comfortable) back to get to the airport. Unfortunately I realized I had left an item at the resort and had to go all the way back. Sam went above and beyond to help me out. He helped me order an Uber on his dispatch and saved my bacon. I cannot say enough about Canyon Transport and Terry, our driver. This was a very difficult transport. We needed to get from St. George to Salt Lake City and back at ridiculous hours. I want to give a huge shout-out to Canyon Transportation in Salt Lake City, Utah, and especially my amazing driver, Charles, for providing an exceptional transportation experience!

From beginning to end, everything was absolutely outstanding. Charles was professional, friendly, courteous, and punctual. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness, positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

The vehicle was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and Charles was extremely helpful with my luggage. He made me feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated throughout the experience. He wasn’t just doing his job—he genuinely cared about providing excellent service.

As a U.S. Army veteran, I truly value professionalism, dependability, respect, and people who take pride in what they do. Charles demonstrated every one of those qualities. His dedication to customer service and the way he treated me really stood out.

Traveling can sometimes be stressful, but Charles made my transportation experience smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free. It’s refreshing to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and treats passengers with genuine kindness and respect.

Canyon Transportation, you have an outstanding employee in Charles! Employees like him are what make a company stand out. I hope management recognizes and appreciates the excellent service he provides and the positive impression he leaves on customers.

I highly recommend Canyon Transportation to anyone traveling to Salt Lake City or the surrounding areas. And if you’re fortunate enough to have Charles as your driver, you’re definitely in good hands!

Sam was one of the best drivers i've ever had for homecoming! He is so kind, and he always made sure that we were comfortable. He  was amazing with helping us out when we needed it. His communication was TOP TIER when it came to making things convenient for our group. I have not even the slightest of negative things to say about Sam. I Will DEFINETLY be using sam in the future. Our driver Sam from Canyon Transportation is hands down one of the best drivers you could ask for! From the moment you step into the vehicle, Sam sets a super welcoming and professional vibe. The vehicle was also spotless and spacious. Sam is friendly, helpful with luggage, and knows just how to balance good conversation with a relaxed atmosphere.
